What housing slump?

So, if you read my last entry you will note my excitement. Well, the excitement has left the building, literally. After more than 3 months of shopping we have had no bites on any of our offers on homes for sale. Our experience is that houses are flying off the market (at least the low priced ones are). So that is what I am still up to these days.
